Dhanamfin provides safe deposit locker rental management services including locker allocation, payment and deposit processing, appointment booking, and KYC/document management. The service is offered by Dhanam Investment and Finance Private Limited.
You must be 18 years or older and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. You must complete KYC (Aadhaar and PAN verification) before a locker is allotted.

You may not store: cash beyond legally-declared amounts, illegal substances, weapons or ammunition, hazardous or perishable materials, or any item that is the proceed of criminal activity. Violation results in immediate termination of the rental agreement and notification to law-enforcement authorities.
Annual rent and a refundable security deposit are due as per your rental agreement. Overdue rent may result in restricted locker access and late fees as defined in the agreement. The security deposit is refundable on lease termination, less any outstanding dues, damages, or charges.
You consent to electronic signature of your rental agreement via Digio (a UIDAI-licensed KYC partner) using Aadhaar-OTP authentication. You consent to the storage of your KYC documents in encrypted form for the duration required by law (see Privacy Policy for retention details).
You consent to receive transactional WhatsApp messages, SMS (where applicable), email, and in-app push notifications related to your locker, payments, appointments, and account status. You may opt out of non-transactional messages in your account settings; transactional notifications cannot be opted out of while the rental agreement is active.
While Dhanam takes reasonable measures to secure stored items, liability is limited to the terms specified in your locker rental agreement. Dhanam is not liable for items stored in violation of these Terms, or for losses arising from acts beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, regulatory action).
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, stored items must be removed and the security deposit will be refunded subject to outstanding dues. Dhanam may terminate immediately for: breach of Prohibited Use, non-payment of rent beyond 90 days, or fraud.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance via in-app notification. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
For complaints, write to info@dhanamfinance.com or to our registered office in Coimbatore. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and resolve it within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
